Fees

The fees cover the accommodation, the meals and coffee breaks, and are the following:

• 510 € for the whole stay (which we strongly encourage) or a stay longer than 1 day,
• 102 € for a 1-day stay.

They can be paid:

• directly at Les Houches, during the 3 first days of the workshop (credit card or french chèque),
• by credit card by the laboratory (call +33(0)4 5704 1045, during the two weeks before the session),
• by "Bon de commande" (which can encompass several participants):
  • order to "Université Grenoble Alpes/Ecole de Physique des Houches",
  • has to include the session’s number, the dates and names of participants,
  • to be sent to houches-finances@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.

A limited financial support is available to cover accomodation fees. If needed, please write us to gdr-ide-2023@sciencesconf.org .
